I think most people probably make shots like this on rainy days or whatever. I know I do. Maybe Pradeep and I are weirdos, though.
I think you have a flat lighting problem with this one. It needs some oomph. What I would have been tempted to do with it was crop in real tight and go black and white with it. But just my opinion.
