great shot- how did you achieve this effect? it is an interesting coincidence that you visited my blog recently- i have actually been in chennai for the past two or three weeks. any tips on photo taking?

@SKHallisey: This technique is inspired from another artist in onexposure, unfortunately cant recollect his/her name. Its basically quite simple, a few layers with motion blur and masking, there is no fixed method, just go with the flow :)
